5A Planning and building issues
The planning authority have confirmed that they have requested the immediate removal of the lift shaft for which there is no planning permission on the roof over 5A
We need to discuss the implications of the Jaccuzzi that has been installed on the roof of 5A in terms of there being no planning permission or approval from the Management Company.
This has important implications as far as risks to the building structure itself as well as insurance implications, and it is essential that at least a full indemnity is obtained from the owners in perpetuity of 5A in regard to this to cover any damage and pick up all costs associated with it.
Also the expired original building permission - and any renewal - if there is one - and commitment for a completion date.
I have asked this be added to Agenda for the November board meeting.
